Local organizations and businesses that are hosting special events of interest to the public can promote them through our City Calendar on our website, the Mayor’s Message, and on the City's Electronic Boards located on SR 82 and Broadview Road, as well as at Fire Station 1 off Walling’s Road.
To submit a request for promotion, please email Cityhall@broadview-heights.org for approval. We encourage you to avoid submitting requests more than a few weeks in advance.
For the website, include a description of your event with the date, time, and location, along with a flyer if available. For the Electronic Boards, please keep messages brief, limited to three lines, and easy for passersby to read. Remember, the more text included, the smaller the font will be, making it difficult to read from a distance. Messages will be displayed for a maximum of 10 days.
