Youth Dance Class

Instructor Rachel King has more than 8 years of teaching experience and has guided many dancers and families. She aims to share her passion for dance and create a welcoming space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and body types can enjoy dancing. Her programs focus on building strong technique while encouraging students to appreciate the art and express themselves creatively. Rachel has also written, choreographed, and produced two original dance shows, “Hope is Alive” and “Faith Over Fear: Escape from Pirates’ Cove.” With over 15 years of dance training, she holds certifications in Character Dance from the Ohio Conservatory of Ballet and in Ballet teaching from the Bolshoi School of Ballet.

Attire: Dancers are recommended to wear either a leotard, tights, and a skirt with ballet shoes, or a t-shirt, leggings, and socks. Please have your hair pulled back away from your face for class. For more information, please get in touch with Catherine Spera at cspera@broadview-heights.org
