Jr GameBOT Camp

Ages 7-10 (2nd-5th graders)

Wanna make video games? Lovebuilding with LEGO® bricks? This camp is for you. Learn how to create video games using Scratch, free software from MIT that you can use at home long after the class. Then, you and a partner will bring the action to life as we build and program LEGO® WeDo® robots. Bring a USB drive to take your game home with you or bring your Scratch login if you have one. If you've taken GameBOT with us before, don't worry! There are new challenges, games, and robots each time! 

Camp 1: June 15 - 19   8:00am-10:00am

Camp 2: July 20 - 24   8:00am-10:00am

Teen Coding Club

Rising middle school & high school

Learn to code as you create video games and program LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 Robots. Over multiple sessions we'll follow student interests to explore options such as Scratch, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and more. No prior programming experience necessary. If you've taken this camp before, don't worry! There are new games and robot challenges each time. Bring a USB drive to store your project, and bring your Scratch login if you have one.
