Flex Pass Classes

60 minute aquatic exercise program designed to improve endurance, heart health, strength and flexibility.  Class incorporates various types of resistance and weight training equipment provided by the facility.  The water alleviates impact thereby protecting joints while allowing for a full body and fun workout.  No swimming experience necessary. Classes resume in the fall with the opening of our new pool.   

Aquacise Aerobics
This is a fun-filled cardiovascular workout along with muscle toning and strengthening. The class will also incorporate various water exercise equipment into each session.  A certified instructor will teach this class.  Class limit is 15.

Senior Splash
Activate your aqua urge for variety! Splash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
