Cycling – 7 Days A Week

Looking for a leaner, stronger body? Hate high impact exercises? Our group cycling classes are for you! Our group cycling classes are low impact, high energy and will give you the results you desire in a cycling workout. Most classes are 45 minutes. Rider must be at least 4’11’’ tall to ride. What to Bring: a water bottle, a towel for you, and a heart rate monitor (optional).

Aquacise Aerobics – Mon/Wed/Fri **8:00AM – 9:00AM** (New Summer Hours)

This is a fun-filled cardiovascular workout along with muscle toning and strengthening. The class will also incorporate various water exercise equipment into each session. Class limit 15. Instructor: Doris.  Class moves to 8AM-9AM June 10th.

Cardio Kickboxing – Saturday 9:15AM – 10:15AM

This fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio and strength training. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Instructor: Kristin

Bootcamp - Tues/Thurs 10:15AM - 11:00 AM

Total body exercise class that incorporates functional patterns to increase strength, endurance, and power. The 45 minute class will burn calories by alternating opposing muscles groups and combining upper and lower moves along with cardio training intervals for maximum metabolic training.

Beginner Yoga –Tues/Thurs 12:00PM – 12:45PM

Perfect for the anyone new to yoga, for any yogi looking to refine their alignment, and also for a therapeutic and slower approach to practice. This level provides a solid foundation of the basics of yoga but all levels are welcome and modifications can be made to increase level of difficulty. You will learn how to align the body from the ground up. Classes build week by week, offering you a unique way to grow in your practice. This class offers the perfect foundation to stay safe and confident for a lifetime of practice! No flexibility needed!

HIIT - Mon/Wed/Fri - 8:30AM-9:20AM

High Intensity Interval Training. One of the hottest trends in fitness is now at the Broadview Heights Rec! This 50 minute class will take your training and results to the next level!

Hatha Yoga (All Levels)Coming soon

This gentle and relaxing form of yoga is designed to align and calm your mind, body and spirit. Focus on breathing and channeling your energy. Perfect way to ease stress and restlessness. Class Limit 15.   Instructors:

Strength Circuit - Tues/Thurs - 8:30AM-9:20AM

Circuit style strength training for full body toning and conditioning.

Yoga (All Levels) – Sat 9:30AM – 10:15AM 

This vigorous, vinyasa-style Yoga format is designed to challenge and awaken the body. We will dynamically flow through poses, pairing our breath with the movement, all while placing a great emphasis on posture and alignment to build strength, flexibility, balance and reduce stress. Poses vary every week. This class is for all levels as many variations of poses will be demonstrated. Bring your own yoga mat and come clear your mind while you strengthen your body. Class Limit 15. Zumba – Thurs 6:00PM-6:45PM & Sat 10:30AM-11:15AM

This Latin-inspired dance fitness class is a combination of high and low intensity routines in a dance party atmosphere! You will tone your body and burn fat through the intervals of high and low moves. Every week the music and moves are a fresh mix of Latin and pop beats and rhythms. Full body workout to get you weekend ready! 20 minutes of cardio. 20 minutes of strength training. 20 minutes of core work.

SilverSneakers Classes

(SilverSneaker/Senior classes are recommended for seniors 65 and older. For more information please visit

SilverSneakers Classic* – Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:15AM-11:00AM

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand weights, and balls are provided along with chair for support. Instructor: Joyce Klonowski. *Class offered at no charge to members.

Senior Yoga – Wednesday/Friday 11:15AM-12:00PM (Class on hiatus until fall)

This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Senior Cardio – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 9:00AM-9:45AM 

Get up and Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, hearth healthy, and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy following, low-impact movement, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxing exercises. Senior Mat Class - Wednesdays 10:15AM-11:00AM

Strengthen your body with exercises mostly done on the mat. Working on core muscles with legs and arms with and without equipment.
