Body Sculpting

Get fit with one-hour cardiovascular strength-training class designed to make you lean and defined.  Sculpt and tone muscles, strengthen your core by using just one set of 5 lbs. dumbbells. Bring a set of 3-5 lb dumbbells, an exercise mat and stretch band to class (www.flexcity.com). Eight, one-hour classes in each section.  Weekday classes run 8 weeks(8 classes).
