Community Garage Sale

3-Day City-Wide Garage Sale & Garage Sale on the Greens 

 

This year you can participate in the Broadview Heights Community Garage Sale one of two ways. You can have your sale at your home in Broadview Heights for up to 3 days. Or you can bring your sale items to the city amphitheater and sell, sell, sell on Saturday, September 9th (1-day only). The choice is yours! There are two separate applications; please fill out the appropriate one and send it in.

3-Day City-Wide Garage Sale at Home Printable Application

You can choose one day, two days, or all three days.  There is no cost to you.  Signage is the responsibility of the seller. Signs can be placed on your street directing buyers to your home the morning of your first day and must be removed at the end of your final day. I encourage you to draw attention to your home so it is easy to find. You want to sell everything, and we want you to do well 😊  Detailed instructions are listed on the application.

Garage Sale on the Green Printable Application (Saturday only)

This is the perfect option for those unable to have a sale at your home. Because it is only one day, we will have a food truck and entertainment to draw a crowd. Spaces are limited, so it is first come, first serve.  The committee will assign each space.  Each space will be numbered, which will coordinate with the items list.   If you choose to have your sale at the amphitheater, there is a $10.00 fee for residents and a $25.00 fee for non-residents. Spaces are limited! 

All garage sales will happen rain or shine. If heavy rain occurs before the event, the Garage Sale on the Greens spaces may be moved to the parking lot. For questions, please email or call Lisa Putka at lputka@broadview-heights.org or 440-526-3664.
