  Municipal Deer Control Permit 

Ohio Deer Hunting Season 

Deer Archery: September 30, 2023, through February 4, 2024

As outlined in Chapter 618.22 of the City Code of Ordinances, controlled deer hunting with bow and arrow or crossbow is permitted during the State of Ohio deer season on at least 5 acres of land. All hunters must obtain a permit in order to hunt within the City of Broadview Heights. NEW THIS YEAR, payments can be made online.  Simply, complete the application and email it to lputka@broadview-heights.org and follow the link below for payment. I will receive a notification that payment has been made.  

Permit applications and payments can be submitted electronically, by mail, or dropped off at the front desk.
