ISSUE 15 - PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT: Shall part of Permanent Parcel No. 583-18-008 located at the corner of Kenmar and Route 82, Broadview Heights, be rezoned from E-1 (Office-Laboratory) to C-2 (Commercial-General)? YES OR NO
ISSUE 16 - PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT: Shall Permanent Parcel No. 583-20-011 located at 301 Treeworth Blvd., Broadview Heights, be rezoned from E-2 (Light Industrial) to C-2 (Commercial-General)? YES OR NO
ISSUE 17 - PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT: Shall Article V, Section 8(d)(3) of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to provide that Council can override the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals on any non-residential matter by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of its members? YES OR NO
ISSUE 18 - PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT: Shall Article V, Section 8(d)(1) of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to provide that the standard for the granting of a variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals be practical difficulties? YES OR NO
ISSUE 19 - PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT: Shall Article V, Section 8(d)(2) of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to provide that a variance that has been granted pursuant to Section 8(d)(1) of the Charter, unless acted upon, shall expire within one year from the date which the variance is granted?
