NOTICE

You are hereby notified that there will be a Public Hearing of the Broadview Heights Board of Zoning Appeals to be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Council Chambers, 9543 Broadview Rd., at 6:30 PM

The matter under discussion will be the request of Mr. Lou Biasiotta for the property located at 8391 Broadview Road known as property PPN/582-14-005.  Mr. Biasiotta is requesting the following variances. 

  1. A variance from Section 1268.06(d) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Broadview Heights, Ohio, which reads, in part: “…Each lot that is 30,000 square feet or larger, upon which a dwelling is to be constructed, shall have a minimum lot width of 125’ …” Therefore, a 41 ft. lot width variance is requested.
  2. A variance from Section 1268.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Broadview Heights, Ohio, which reads, in part: “…No single side yard shall be less than ten feet, measured from the side lot line to the main foundation wall …” Therefore, a 1 ft side lot line variance is requested.

 MISCELLANIOUS;       

  1. Discussion over utility building square footage.
  2. Appointment to the Charter Review Committee.
