You must register at the front desk prior to participating in any of these programs. Please bring in your insurance card to determine if you qualify for the SilverSneakers program.

Select plans under the following providers are currently including this as a benefit to their members: Advantage, Anthem, Health Advantra, HealthSpan Humana, SummaCare, MediGold, Paramount Elite, The Health Plan and AARP. All Silver Sneakers Members must swipe their membership card at the front desk prior to each class. Non-SilverSneakers may participate at no charge in the SilverSneakers Classic class but will need to sign in and register with the instructor. Non-Silver Sneakers Members, please see the FLEX PASS FLYER or ask for details at the desk about how you can participate in any of these programs for a minimal fee!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This is an on-going exercise program that will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning in the gymnasium.  Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.  Any question regarding this program please contact us at 440-838-4522. *Non-SliverSneakers Members may participate at no charge in the MSROM class but will need to register with the front desk as a guest of SilverSneakers. 


 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00 am - 11:45 am

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.  This class is offered at no charge to SilverSneakers Members. 



Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:00 am - 9:45 am, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 am - 10:45 am

Get up and GO with an aerobics class for you – safe, heart healthy and gentle on the joints.  The workout includes easy to follow low-impact movement, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxing exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.  Please bring your own exercise mat or beach towel for floor work.  The Silver Sneakers chair will be available to those who wish to perform the exercises seated. Max 20 per class. *Wednesday class begins 7/22.



Mondays and Thursdays 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Activate your aqua urge for variety!  SilverSplash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. Class limit 15.


Tuesdays 9:00 am - 9:45 am

Regain your sense of balance and help prevent balance related falls and injuries.  A chair will be provided for added support.  Balance class will involve a gentle warm up and breathing exercises, followed by stability enhancing movements in a slow flowing format.  The moves will incorporate lower body and core muscle groups, presented in a gentle manner.  Improve balance, confidence and life!  Class limit 15
