Balance Class – Tuesdays 9:00AM-9:45AM
Regain your sense of balance and help prevent balance related falls and injuries. Balance class will involve a gentle warm up and breathing exercises followed by stability enhancing movements in a slow flowing format. The moves will incorporate lower body and core muscle groups, presented in a gentle manner. Improve balance, confidence and life! Class is free to SilverSneakers members, non members will need to buy a flex pass to attend. A chair will be provided for added support. Class limit 15.
